CO-BROKERAGE:Trained business brokers, analysts and due diligence experts will work with you every step of the way to insure the transaction is handled properly and to your client’s satisfaction. The cooperating Broker will share the  expenses and commission income with you.

Mentorship: Want to learn about Business Brokerage?  Qualified mentors will mentor you through your transaction. Mentors may receive a "fee for servce provided" or a percentage of the commission earned from the transaction.

Referral: Don’t have time or the desire to learn another facet of the business? Still want to make some money for your business development effort?

Broker receiving the referral will pay all expenses and do all the work and upon successful completion of the effort (that is COE) you will receive a referral fee of 10-25% depending on the type and size of the transaction. 

BSE employees are licensed in Arizona and California. They work in conjucntion with and under the supervision of Employing Brokers as follows: ALV Properties in AZ, (AZ-DRE #BR631010000)  and Century 21 Crest  (CA -DRE #01190835). 

All cooperating broker agreements and commission split/payment arrangements are in writing and paid through escrow.
